Money and Financing

Lenders make no distinction between modular and "stick built" houses when it comes to providing you with financing. These homes can be approved under conventional, FHA and MSHA loans. Several local banks offer special modular home loans which do not require you to obtain a construction loan first and then convert it to a mortgage.
